1. What are the new salaries for grade II secondary school teachers?

Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV, has my locality implemented correctly according to the instructions and can I be transferred to a new salary arrangement?

The Ministry of Education and Training responded to this issue as follows:

The appointment and salary arrangement of secondary school teachers comply with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BGDDT dated February 2, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training, providing codes and standards of positions. professional designation and appointment and salary ranking of teaching staff in public secondary schools.

Accordingly, a grade II secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.11) is appointed to the professional title of a class II secondary school teacher (code V.07.04.31) and is entitled to the salary coefficient of a grade-class public employee. A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.00 to salary coefficient 6.38 if meeting the standards of the professional title class of secondary school teacher grade II (code V.07.04.31).

Standards of professional ethics

Standards of qualifications for training and retraining
